Overview of confirmed candidates
- 39 predictions that score more than
0.3 in logistic regression, do not seem to be olfactory and do not
overlap current set of genes/pseudogenes/spliced ESTs (as of April 2007)
- 92 predictions that score less than
0.3 in logistic regression but otherwise satisfy the same constraints.
- 47 predictions seem to be olfactory,
but otherwise do not overlap known genes
- 20 predictions that overlap knonw genes,
pseudogenes, spliced ESTs etc.
- 71 RefSeq SEGs that have logistic regression below 0.05 and do not overlap spliced ESTs
