Human cell GRO-cap data (K562 and GM12878), together with GRO-seq and PRO-seq datasets, produced for the paper Analysis of nascent RNA identifies a unified architecture of initiation regions at mammalian promoters and enhancers (doi: 10.1038/ng.3142) is available as a loadable track hub for the UCSC Genome Browser using the following URL:
