The files in this directory are used by the UCSC Genome Browser hub
relevant to the paper: "Mapping gene flow between ancient hominins through
demography-aware inference of the ancestral recombination graph" by Hubisz,
Williams, Siepel (biorxiv 2019).

This directory contains a track hub. You can load it onto the
UCSC Genome Browser by navigating to:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/, and choosing the "Track Hubs" item under "My Data".
Under the "My Hubs" tab, enter the URL:
http://compgen.cshl.edu/ARGweaver/introgressionHub/hub.txt

Then the track hubs for the ARGweaver-D analysis will be displayed on the
browser.

The raw results are in the sub-directory "files".
